Hello all,
If you are buying a new condo make sure you focus on these three key areas:
- Location: Ease of access to highways, public transit, shopping, schools, parks, etc
- Cost: Price per square foot, maintenance fees, closing costs.
- Occupancy date: Are you comfortable waiting a few years? Are you comfortable with delays? Be comfortable.
