My marketing strategy for your condo is designed to maximize exposure to the correct demographic of purchaser.  99% of all condominium transactions are at one time or another found, bought, and or sold by online means.  I have developed a system where my clients can take advantage of this fact to reach the greatest # of potential buyers.  What this means for you is that your condo will be sold quickly, for full market value.  Here is how I do it:

  1. Web presence:  Your condo will be featured on my website at www.liveonyonge.com which is available to buyers around the world.
  2. Professional photographs: Having great quality images for your listing is critical.  I will hire a pro to make sure your home’s best features are captured.
  3. Custom video tour:  Your listing will include a professionally produced video tour enhanced with animation and music.
  4. Social Media: Your home will be broadcast to my Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.  Social media is one of the quickest and most effective ways to transmit messages to a broad group of people.  If people like what they see they can share it with their group of contacts.
  5. Professionally designed and measured floorplan.  Attractive floor plans help buyers to make their decision.
  6. I will personally show your home.  I don’t use lock boxes on my listings.  As a realtor I believe we get paid to market and sell your home.  A realtor should be there to explain the benefits and ensure the safety of your property during the sales process.
  7. Blog:  I write articles and profiles on the Toronto Condo market.  This rich content brings traffic to my site which will expose your condo to more potential buyers.
  8. MLS listed.  Your home will be featured on the Toronto MLS so that everyone can view your professionally prepared listing, professional pictures, floor plan, and custom video tour.
  9. Open Houses.  Even though I am focused on utilizing technology, that doesn’t mean I don’t use what has been proven effective.  I will personally be present at open houses to represent your interests.
